Waiver / Disclaimer
A moderate level of fitness is suggested for the SpiritFly Expeditions experience. We do not recommend participating in the activities if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons.
All minors under 18 must have a waiver signed and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required for all Guided Trips. A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

30+ days before your expedition: Full refund of your deposit.

21–29 days before your expedition: $50 cancellation fee.

14–20 days before your expedition: $100 cancellation fee.

13 days or less before your expedition: The Deposit is non-refundable.
SpiritFly Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, you will be contacted immediately and allowed to reschedule your expedition at no additional charge. Please note that light rain or heavy fog does not necessarily mean cancellation, as long as overall conditions remain safe.
