Our trips are designed for anglers of all experience levels and a wide range of physical capabilities. While a moderate level of fitness can enhance your experience, your comfort and safety are what matter most. We do not recommend participating if you are pregnant or have medical conditions that may prevent you from safely or fully enjoying a day on the water.
All minors under 18 must have a waiver signed and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Reservations are required for all guided trips. A $250 per day deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your scheduled trip.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

30+ days before your expedition: Full refund of your deposit.

21–29 days before your expedition: $100 cancellation fee.

14–20 days before your expedition: $200 cancellation fee.

13 days or less before your expedition: The Deposit is non-refundable.
SpiritFly Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, you will be contacted immediately and allowed to reschedule your expedition at no additional charge. Please note that light rain or heavy fog does not necessarily mean cancellation, as long as overall conditions remain safe.
